how many foils are included? and what condition are Charizard/Zapdos/Moltres in? They look okay, but scratches/bents?

There are eight foil cards not including the bonus cards. Charizard/Zapdos/Moltres are in excellent condition (no scracthes, bends, etc). I tried to take an additional photo of the bonus cards for you but it did not come out as clear as I hoped.

How are blastoise and alakazam in condition???

Blastoise is in excellent condition. Alakazam is in very good condition, a couple of small scratches on the front which when tilted in the light allows you to see the foil underneath. Alakazam on the back the very edges show slight (very little) wear, but no bends in cards.
