I'll do my best, but it's been dark and cloudy all week here. I like to take my photos with natural light and the right exposure. After taking photos of beauty supplies for years, it makes a world of difference, especially when it comes to accurately portraying shades. Don't want to mislead anyone with bad photos.

Hi. I'm new to this site so I just want to make sure that I understand correctly. This Shiseido quad 1 has NEVER been opened, NEVER been tested or touched in any way? What if I bid on it and won it but when I received it & opened it, it was damaged, do you take it back? And shipping is free correct? Thanks much.

That is correct, I work at beauty and makeup shows out here in New York, and I personally take this or any other product off the shipping truck myself. I bring home anything we order too much of (which is all of the time), store it and list it. I only take pics of the packaging. And it is free shipping in the US. If you have any problems with the item, I will gladly take it back.
