yes the only thing it seams to be missing is the stylus but the touch screen works and you can pick up one of those here cheap

yes it seams to be i never used it but i did test it and and works good it comes with the cd with the drivers on it which you have to upload onto it to get internet but my cd rom imn my com took a crap so i cant download em :( that is why it is on here . it also comes with 2 usb cords
