Near perfect condition, a few scratches on the outside, the inside is in perfect condition.This phone can also be used with prepaid Sprint Network. I have used it with both.
The charger is included.

I don't see anything about downloading songs in the user's manual. I never have gotten into doing that with any of my phones so I never paid attention to it before now. You can download ringtones, games, and apps. I do know that.

i work for sprint/boos.t boost is going to all no sim cards for less theift its way to easy for someone to steal a phone with a sim card and put there sim card in so we r going to no sims...this is a great phone...any boost phone press *2 and it say welcome to sprint....

That girl isn't too brilliant bc not all boost phone's take sim cards. ** The incognito is not a touch screen like you are all thinking about but I also loved it when I used it for boost. I will be bidding on this phone for my mom ;) Thanks!!

Not in the sence that your speaking of. When you want to make a call or receiving a call the numbers and contacts light up on the front. you touch them to call out. Everything else is done by opening it up. I have not seen a touch screen as brilliant as this screen. I really like that about it.

No. I bought the phone about a yr. ago. I did not use it but for 2 months before switching companies. I have the users guide and I don't see anything listed about the sim card and there is not one in the back under the battery.

No, it does not have a sim card. It does look like there is a place for a sim card to go but I'm not sure. I never had one in it. I will try to find out more and get back with you. Thanks for asking
