This is a older Victorian doll house that had a lot of interior and exterior work done over the years. it does need some TLC to make it all yours. and can become yours to make all yours. This model is no longer made and there is local pick up and out of state buyers must pay S&H. The house will be packed perfectly and buyer will be required to pay for shipping and I promise to keep it fair and packed perfectly to make sure it makes it to you in wonderful condition. It's a vintage fixer upper that is in fantastic condition. It's a beautiful doll house that girls of all ages would be your ultimate dream house dream house and give endless hours of fun and creativity. Not no way 5 bux!!!!!!!!!! Shipping will be high on this item. I will keep it fair and low as possible! It must be shipped safely or you will end up with a pile of toothpicks. I have a huge box and will be wrapping it it in foams etc.....Im new to this site. I like it , want to be fair as can be. This is a older house with much detailing. when my daughter Chelsea was little I went to price a kit. which in all honesty it would have probably taken her entire childhood to put it together, And just the kit for the house itself, no glue, no paint, no wallpaper nothing the price was 99.00 plus tax at a hobby shop..Needless to say she never had a dollhouse like I sed to have as a small girl.
