i have been having a few problems with not getting items as well but usually it is the new sellers that don't send them. I feel sorry for the ones that are honest and are going to send the items because until they get a few auction under their belts it makes you leery to bid on their items .

I really like your post above....do you mind if I use it too? I love Listia too and have been "burned" quite a bit recently. I offer free shipping on my items and I don't get burned that way....but I have won several items on here (some from "newbies" and then no communication and no item received. It's very disappointing.
