i rescue cats and kittens, in indiana and illinois, its so cool to meet someone that does horses, my sister had some horses when we were young, and now she has a dog grooming shop in illinois, we both are animal lovers. my dream was to have a large piece of land , where i could do more for them, so i try to do my best, ,ty so much for everything you do. and just wanted to let you know i had put the same necklace on here a few days ago, lol its up now too. lol ty

I wish I could do alot more but as you I do the best that i can, its so sad and wrong that there are sooo many abused and starved and negleted animals
I believe that if the laws and punishement were stiffer then the animal abuse rate would drastically decrease
I get so mad that people can get away with this. its as if the animals have NO rights at all
I work as an investigator for PETA, and the procedures we have to go through to rescue an animal is anything but easy
I just dont understand why the laws are the way they are
If i ever win the lottery (one could hope!) I will put a big dent to stop this abuse
did you know that obama is trying to pass another bill to STOP giving the animal rescue centers the 4 million dollars in funding they are used to getting
I am so glad to meet a fellow animal lover

yea , they need to get him out of office, big mistake. boy thats realy gonna hurt. well out here the animal control dont do anything, but sit on there butts, i have people calling me all the time about stray cats out here, went thru 1 of the trailor courts out here and there must have been 20 to 30 on each porch, there just breeding like rabbits, and the people that own the courts have called them all the time, they wont come out and do anything, i have called them, same thing, they said they know about them, but they want you to put cages out and then bring them 3 towns over and go thru 2 diff building and all kinds of stuff, isn't that what there getting paid for, wheres the money going to, there not doing anything. thats why the situation is getting worse. everyone want the money but not do the job. so bad for all the animals. but i have been spredding the word around about the snap program with human society about getting them fixed. alot of people dont know about it. , well ty and i will stay in touch. blessing

so many people agree with you and I on this matter...I just dont understand why the goverment officials and local law enforcement wont do anything about it. I assure you if it was one of there loved ones they would.
the animals should have rights and the rights should be enforced!
people that do try to help animals get so discouraged after continually trying they give up...ive seen it happen time and time again.
did you know that the human society has alot of bad reports in regards to the $$ they recieve...sad but true for every $200 they get only $1.00 gets distributed

I was wondering what is going on with the help for the animals from all of the tornados...why is it that there is never any news about the animals

i know what you mean, the only time i seen anything on the rescue of animals during storms , was when louiseanna got hit, then it was only showed on animal plant channel. it just makes me sick,

this year I am going to dedicate some kind of change for the laws, even if its a small change...i am tired of just talking about it...I believe there is enough animal lovers that if we all pull together good change can happen
