Up for auction is a Griffin Technoly Elan Folio Case for an iPad2. The iPad2 shown in the pictures is not included. It is for demonstration only. This item is used but is in good condition. There is a small piece of the material missing from the top left corner. It is shown in the last photo. Extra details can be found on Griffin's website.

I have been watching this since you put this up! So hoping to win this and will definitely be back to bid.

As a side note I feel that ur negative feedback is completely wrong and u really should email Listia to have that converted to a neutral. It seems that the winner did not contact u in a timely manner and the item was re-listed in accordance with the rules. U should not be penalized for being a nice person and refunding this persons credits.

Thanks so much for your kind comments. I thought about writing to Listia, however the rules say that after so much time they are unable to remove anyway and they allow a person to leave negative feedback when you issue a credit. I think they need to change the rules, but I don't think it is likely that I can get the negative feedback changed. I really should have disputed it and I would have won, but I didn't completely know the rules at the time. I think that is why you see on a lot of listings that people won't refund your credits. It is unfortunate but I guess that's what we have to live with until they change the rules.
