I am not sure what these are?! But I got a bunch of sealed packages at a yard sale. There are 12 individually packaged per bag.. And tagged
Jewels by Park Lane.
Made in Korea exclusively for
Park Lane. I don't see any markings on it. She thought maybe they were scarf jewelry, but why would they have a snap shut and hinges? Seems unnecessary? Anyway if you have ideas or know please share your knowledge. I was thinking of using them as fancy ornament hooks on a Christmas tree.
