Like you I also do not know allot about Cell phones. Do you know or can you find out if a pre-paid sim card would work with this phone for a carrier such as Net10 or Virgin Mobile once the phone has been unlocked. I am quite interested in this phone if it is compatible with a pre-paid service sim card. Very nice auction fanned and watching. Will definitely bid if the phone is pre-paid sim compatible.

unsure about pre-pay service. you may want to contact your Carrier about using a pre-pay simcard. sorry i don't know much about phones and contracts. i am just a MCSE network Tech.

Unsure about GO phones. The unlock code allows you to use sprint or T-Mobile ect.
