I bought this tablet for myself on my birthday, and as I was in the process of getting everything set up it died. I charged it for 4 hours, turned it on and it wouldn't go past the "Voyager" screen.
It turns on, but not all of the way.
I tried to factory reset it but it still didn't turn on all of the way. It won't go past that "Voyager" welcoming screen.

I ended up replacing it, but Walmart would not take it back because it had been 2 weeks before I could get back to return it.

If you can fix it, want it for parts, or anything, go ahead and bid!

That's how I did it at first pace yourself if you get to many auctions and they all end within a couple days of each other and do free shipping like I always do it can get very costley at times but your great and on your way to become a great listian to and that makes all us trustworthy listians and were all the best good luck

Yes, it is for a brand new tablet. I'm so sorry for the confusion! It was a last minute decision with my husband and I couldn't just make a new auction because this already had bids. In any case, it is for a new one! :)
