no. it is real gold, it has the ripple on the side and it has been tested. the only coins i am unsure of are the ones still in packageing, because i do not remove them from there packageing

How did you test these? I would be willing to bet my car these are 22k HGE which is electroplated. People on listia and ebay have been trying to pass these off as solid for a while now. Cut one in half and you'll see what Im talking about.

i went to several gold/silver buying/selling facilities, as well as pawn shops, never had an issue with them,btw hge, plated, and dipped are all the same thing
