The listing, CREATURE CARD #28 ATC! ORIGINAL ARTWORK BY RHONDA CHASE (ACEO) has ended.

This auction is for Creature card #28 in the Artist Trading Card edition of Creature Cards. This drawing was created the day it was posted. This card is the standard regulation size of 2.5" x 3.5". It is done in graphite on Smooth 100lb Bristol Paper .
My goal with this project is to spread art around the globe and what better place then here, at what better price then free! I will attempt to make and post a new card every day for the whole year!

These cards are mailed in an acid free, black backed, protective sleeve inside of a top loader for their protection and for your display should you choose not to frame the work.

I encourage the winning bidder to give the creature a name if they like :) (and any other information about the character such as gender, scale and any other defining attributes they choose)

Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) are miniature pieces of art that are traded around the world. Artists create, trade, and collect art at organized "swap" events, either in person or online. It is a great way to meet other artist and share your work. The only official rule for ATCs is the size: 2.5" x 3.5".

Thanks! I get mixed response on that. Sometimes people like to have names and I'm more then willing to do it fro them if they don't want to, but I have found the names and stories the winners choose are way better and more inventive then I would have thought of :) Good luck and I hope you find a card you really like. Argh! Lost the other plant card, but I think it might have been bc my heart was no longer completely into it after seeing some of your newer drawings lol! And I have yet to think up a name for this one! Double argh! Lol well I might just end up trying to get two graphite and two inked to have more of a balance? Depends on how high this ends up going lol

I do post the cards on a few other sites but just digital files to try to encourage participation. Places like deviant art, twitter and gather. But I don't always get them up there. I'm good about my blog :)

The current series of drawing I'm doing aren't based on pre-made characters, and I try not to do too much in the copywrited territory. But If I ever do I'll let you know. Thanks for the interest.

My son loves them too! When he picks out his shirt he normally goes with the dinosaur one and then we both rawr at each other. So cute. He just turned 21 months. How old is your grandson?
