SKinny ***** is back..I won this on listia several months ago and I love this book. It does contain some harsh language but Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin give it to you straight they do not hold any punches.

Chapter 1 talks about why you should not drink soda or smoke. They even attack the FDA on some of the things they have approved that are poisoning us in later chapters.

A really great eye opening book. After I read this I went out and purchased the boxed set Skinny ***** and Skinny ***** in the Kitchen. Sorry this set will not be placed on here but I thought I would pass this one book along.

Hi Enchantedcove I have been caffine free since I read this book which has been a good six months. Soda is a bit tuffer have it down to one every 10 days. I have had no artificial sweetners in about a year and I feel so much better I do not ache and hurt all over like I was doing. Some of the things these ladies talk about in this book are amazing. Hope you win I know you will enjoy the read.
