This is a lovely vintage purse, made of an ivory colored silk with lovely gold thread embroidery design. Frame is a gold with a kiss-lock type closure of two beautiful filigree beads, chain is the same gold - beautiful vintage patina to the metal. Interior of purse is ivory fabric (very clean, with no stains, rips, tears, odors, etc) included with this lovely vintage purse is a small gold vinyl diamond design coin purse with kiss lock closure. The interior is lined very clean with no tears, stains, rips, odors. The purse measures: 6-1/2" at widest area x 5" H Chain drop is 5". Coin Purse measures 4-1/4" x 2-3/4". I purchased this at an estate sale and the lady told me she believed it to be from the 1930's - 1940's. After doing some research I would agree. Beautiful condition.
