These are "cigarette" snuffers. They helped me quit smoking slowly, but surely. Instead of stubbing the cigarette, place it inside the hole and it immediately goes out. I was going through a pack of cigarettes a day, way too expensive, and noticed I wasn't even smoking the whole cigarette. This leaves the "cigarette" undamaged, but dead.Good luck! I have lots of these, but wanted to see the response on them.
