Sorry for these changes but in order to protect sellers and bidders LISTIA has now forced me to protect my account from 'scammers'.

Love your terms....Let me understand...since you are posting this information about providing Delivery Confirmation at winners expense, and if they chose not to pay for it, that guarantees that you will receive your credits in case of a dispute?
Just want to be clear as I normally do not include Delivery Confirmation in my mailings due to the added expense, but would like to cover myself in case of a dispute.
Thanks for any dialogue you may have to offer me!

It actually does not guarantee anything since Listia determines any disputes and they look at many factors: the terms you list, your feedback, any proof you may have that it was shipped (postage receipts), etc. Since I added these terms I haven't had any problems with potential 'scammers' (which I did have prior to adding the terms).
