The listing, Navy Blue Cute American Eagle Dress has ended.

This is a size xs juniors. Is adjustable, would easily fit small and might even fit a small better than xs. It's 100% cotton, very light material with a crochet top. Very sexy, subtle. Only reason I'm listing is that I only wear a dress a few times then feel it's time for a change :p the back has very long strings with cute tassels. I just looped them through the loopholes in the back a few times, but you could tie bows or arrange them however you want, even in the front would look cute! Only thing wrong with it is that it needs to be ironed cause it's a bit wrinkly lol

good question! it's above the knee a few inches on me. I'm 5'4" it is not a mini dress or anything, though

I just noticed my picture cut off the very end of the dress- it pretty much ends right where the pic ends! maybe an inch more?

Yea it is! I would suggest a strapless bra, however, as the crochet top part looks great on bare shoulders without straps showing!
