Are they making you pay an early termination fee or is it waived since they don't have service in that area? I want to bid but I want to make sure I will be able to activate the phone and be able to use it.

Oh, i see. I didn't realize that would be a problem. I talked to Sprint about it and they just said to deactivate it. They didn't say anything about paying the bill for my name before someone else could use that phone in their name. I just deactivated it a few days ago and have not received my first months bill on it...but i would say that i will receive soon. Pay it and it will be all good :)

When you deactivated the phone did you pay all of Sprint's bills or is there still a bill you have to pay? Reason is if there is a bill still owed on the phone then it would not be able to be reactivated by someone else.

Nope all is clear :) I am not sure...I know the memory card is 2? And as far as the bill goes, the phone is deactivated.

It will come with the charger...i don't know if i still have the box or not. If i still have it than yes it will come with it all. But if i can't I'm sorry it won't.

Yup, it's clean. Nope. no scratches or issues, nothing like that. The phone is brand new. I only had it a couple weeks before i moved. :)
