Up for bid is a dated 1943 postcard by artist Thomas Henry. This is a Mailing Novelty, and has a flap on the front which lifts to show two pictures of Blackpool (the Tower, and the North Shore Gardens).

The very edge of the bottom picture (gardens) is rough, but all in all, the card is in pretty good condition. Just some soft corners and a tiny spot of paper loss seen at the top edge of the card.

I do not show the inside, because to do so, I would have to bend the flap way back, and I choose not to damage the card by doing that. The opening is where you see the curved line on the front of the card.

The scans are large enough that you should be able to see exactly what you are getting on the outside at least. From my father's collection.
