no its just a standard phone no cam no blue tooth but does have speaker. its a good phone tho. i havent had no trouble with it. the usual scratches on it tho. kinda hard not to have scratches on it when u have kids.

u can use it as a prepay phone or u can use it as a account phone all u would have to do is get a sims card.

i know for a fact it will do t-mobile it may do att go phone or anything that accepts a sims card.
