I know it says size Medium, but each company I find sizes differently, so what size neck does it fit?? My dog's neck is 14" around, and is it adjustable??

Yes it is adjustable and it fits neck sizes 14"-20".

well mine is about 5 lb. chihuahua we usually buy cat collar. so if you ever get any small or xsmall i would love to know. i seen the lil outfit but baxter is a boy. thank you tracy ill b3e checkin back.
