This is a custom PS3 I will make around anything you want, a game, a movie, a famous person, etc. you may chose the color of the themes icons and background images, I will compile them together for you and email you the final product.Only for PS3 not PSP.

Note 1: I cannot build dynamic themes, dynamic themes have moving back grounds.
Note 2: People keep asking how I build the themes, there is a PS3 theme builder that you can use to build a theme but building the theme requires a picture editor like photoshop and the free time to build the theme.
