I don't understand what this auction is for. It appears you are offering Estee Lauder Lip Gloss but what does it mean that you would be sending the winner the RECIPE?

You can do whatever you want but you can get sued for posting a picture of Estee Lauder lipgloss and advertising that you have the "recipe" for lipgloss. This gives a reader the impression you have the recipe for Estee Lauder lipgloss. Unless you have permission or authority from Estee Lauder company to use this picture, what you're doing is illegal and can get you in a lot of trouble if someone reports this. That's all. You now have the knowledge of the law. What you do with it is up to you. I won't be writing about this again. Just wanted to help you to prevent you from getting into trouble.
