This is so sweet, just a bit too big for me at size 9. It looks like a tiara and is stamped, the crystals are zircons. Feel free to ask any questions. As usual the start price is just to cover me on shipping charges.

It shouldn't change your finger colors because it's stamped silver, however it may tarnish like silver tarnishes if not worn often :)
