What kind of material is it?

I can't believe that it is not on the tag. The tag shown in the pictures is all the information that is on the tag. It has a feel or look of gauze but I think it is a polyester blend. It is a thin material but not see thru but the bottom half is lined with a thin material- probably polyester similar to a slip but also red it color. Thanks for asking. I don't know if old navy has a similar dress on their website that has the exact material but if I get a chance to check I will let you know any info I find out. Thanks for your inquiry.

Could you please measure from the bottom of one arm pit to the other for me? It looks like it has an elastic waist. Does it?

25 1/2 inches from one armpit to other armpit. Yes it does have an elastic waist. Thanks for asking!

OK. I noticed it has belt loops? Does it and if so do you have the belt? I'm glad I decided to check back to see if you replied to me because I didn't know you did. Sorry about that. I use the Listia App on my I-pad so I don't use a cursor usually since I use my I-pad usually when on Listia. No It didn't have a belt with it when I bought it at the thrift shop, but there are belt loops. I get an e-mail to my personal e-mail account when I get a message from anyone on Listia. So I assumed you would get a heads up on the message.
