As far as I can see, this purse is in good used condition. It has a tag on it with the initials KDW. I'm not sure what that has to do with the purse, if anything. It does have the Lillian Vernon tag on the inside though. As far as I know, this purse is authentic. It does have Made in China on the tag, but from the research I've done, they're now making her purses in China. Please feel free to ask any questions.
