Up for auction are two fabric panels to make "Malinda Dalton" A Civil War-Era Doll, and one of her "Every-Day Clothes" outfits. This is from the Americana Collection by Miriam Gourley of Benartex. See www.benartex.com
100% cotton.
This is one of those easy cut - sew - and stuff projects. Clear directions and diagrams are printed right on the fabric. This set of the doll and her outfit retails for $20. You can buy panels for her dress up clothes and other outfits in quilting shops and on line.

I've added a picture of a doll I made from this same panel. She's not wearing the dress - just the petticoat that is part of the doll panel. This doll is not part of the auction. This is just to give an idea of how cute the finished project is

You're welcome. I like for people to know exactly what they are getting. I was given two sets of these panels and really enjoyed making one, but someone else should have the fun on the second. It is very cute and would make an excellent gift for a girl or a doll collector.

I like to have things like this on hand when one of my grandaughter's come over. I am thinking this would be a great project to do with 5 year old Kendra :-)
