if you pick a picture can the picture be professional?

When I use a photographer's picture (via studio or Flickr, etc.), I always get permission first. If you have the rights to the photo (like you bought the CD at a studio or you have a waiver), I can definitely use it. That being said, I take my own studio shots of my kids at home and photo places never want to print them because you can't tell the difference, so I can't always tell what is a professional shot and what is your own. As long as you can assure me I can use the picture, I will use it.

i thought it would be a great gift for my sister-in-law and she had her kids pics taken at wal-mart. i don't know about permission to use it for things like that but i don't know if that would be a problem but either way if i win i have other pictures that are snap shots. but we'll talk about it if i win :)
