We bought these last year and then put them away and forgot about them.
Brand New. I wear a 8.5 to a 9 and I can fit these comfortably.

It's between $6 and $7 dollars. I say just $7, for the simple fact of the flat rate envelope($5.95), and then the weight and distance, and also the 2 $0.44 stamps.
