Up for bid is one 1 Afghani bill from Da Afghanistan Bank. VERY nice looking bill! I got smart and used my scanner this time around. :) There is a security strip and a nice watermark that appears to be a temple.. not the usual face that is most watermarks. Has the date 1939, but it seems surprising to have such security features that long ago. I suspect it's not the date the bill was created, but rather means something else. I am a collector, but just to look. I don't know anything about the actual currency. It came in a lot I won on eBay some time ago, and I believe it to be genuine and uncirculated. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have, but I am hoping the scans will tell you all you need to know here! Thanks for looking and good luck to bidders. US only, please.
