These are FOREVER stamps for first class postage. Which means whatever the price of stamps are these stamps are good forever even if the price of a stamp increases these stamps are still good without adding anymore postage to them. Stamps are now 45 cents so these are good, if tomorrow stamps were 50 cents these stamps would still be good and you would not have to add 5 cents to them.
