This dress is new with tags. It is a white dress with ruffles around the front legs and it has red hearts all oveer the dress and a red belt around the waist with a red heart buckle. This one is size XS which is 9-11 inches in length and according to the tags you are to measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail to get the best fit. The picture provided is my daughter's Shih Tzu in her new dress which is exactly the same one offered in this auction.
I ALSO HAVE OTHER SIZES AVAILABLE IN OTHER AUCTIONS.
