these are 6" from top to heel they don't say what they are made of but they are by St. John's Bay. and yes i take paypal but would need zip code to figure out shipping. and due to a recent loss of package i will now be including an insurance fee to secure any money that is payed will be able to be payed back otherwise i can not pay it should a problem arise.
