Description

The listing, Autism has ended.

I am going to start offering on here every week a different listing focusing on autism. I have many books that I have collected over the years and feel the need to share it with as many others out there as possible. The world needs to be better educated about this epidemic. So...to start...

Up for your consideration, "The Fabric of Autism: Weaving The Threads Into A Cogent Theory".

and...a autism pin to wear declaring your support for these kids and adults afflicted with autism.

This book is in great shape. Gently read once and now time to help someone else in need. And now, a little about this book:

"The Fabric of Autism is engrossing, indeed, gripping, toughing the nerve of virtually everything taking place in our current cultural crisis of childhood. In its pace, balance between theory and hard facts and splendid use of anecdotal examples, Bluestone conveys complex issues in a way that is readable by everyone:

A great book for parents, teachers, family or friends to assist them in understanding the needs of their loved one.

I hope you find this helpful to you on your journey, as I did.

You are a special person! It takes a big heart and a lot of love to work with Autism. I have been bummed about the lack of items, too. So...I thought I should just do it myself. I have a lot of books and even some clothing with Autism labels and I am ready to share them! Thanks for stopping by!

The diagnosis is a mixed blessing for sure. Glad to have an answer but sad that there aren't better ways to heal them. You and your family are in my prayers.
