Sorry, to be honest, this slipped my mind. Will do as soon as I get a chance today. Measure waist, widest part of thighs. I'll have to ask my daughter if these are considered skinny jeans or not. They were hers. :) Thank you for your patience. :)

The waist is 18" and the hips at the widest part is 19". I believe that they are skinny legs. Thank you for your patience. :)
