shipping is not flat rated. had 2 different quotes from postal service. $10 bucks and $13 I am going with the lower price for the if it fits it ships. $10.00 even if its more I will pay the difference.

I'd be inclined to say no to useing it as a prepaid phone. It takes a sim card. But I'm not sure

No it is not a smart phone. All the specs are listed above. It is only a touch screen. It dies have web on it. No wifi

Wouldn't this fit into a small flat rate box. That is alittle more than $5.

I tride to put it in a small box.. It will not fit with bubble wrap.. I do not want to risk it getting broken.. I went up one size up and was told $10.00 flat rate.. I am sorry but I do not make or control postage. If I can send it cheaper I will and winner will be informed before transaction..

I signed a contract.. but you may be able to use as prepay.. you would have to ask at&t.. Being how it has a sim card and theur prepay has one too I don't see why not..

Great auction i've won phones b4 wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in the yello envelope for under $5 & you could wrap it in bubble wrap around the phone an it should still fit in a $5 box :c-), but anyways its still a great auction!
