If you do not had a threader latch tool . ( a super mini rug latch looking tool )
use a piece of thread folded in half and thread through the sillicon lined bead
part your hair where you want to place your feather
you need about a strand less than the size of a pencil eracer tip
pull the strand of hair gently through the loop of thread then pull the thread to bring your hair through the bead close to your scalp but not to tight where it will pull
then push the tip of the hair feather into the bead that is on your strand of hair.
use a small pliers fo squeeze the bead flat so it holds your hair and feather in place.
I usually just center the tip of the feather in the bead but some people prefer to push the tip all the way throught the bead then snip off the tip off the feather after the bead has been flattened.
to remove the bead & feather you use a plyers to unflatten the bead enought to easily slide the feather out then remove the bead fron your hair .
Sounds like alot but its rather simple to do
