This auction is for a black and white postcard of Edna Wallace Hopper, an American actress in the early 1900's.

*Info* Edna Wallace Hopper was an American actress in the early 1900's. In the 1920's, her name and image was used on one of the earliest brands of cosmetics.

Condition: Vintage. The postcard has wear to corners and edges. There is writing on the back, but not postally used.

*NOTE* Vintage postcards are "old" so they will not look new. They may have surface wear, corner wear, soiling or light creases. Please see photos to view condition before bidding.

Edna Wallace married DeWolf Hopper (an actor) in 1895 and divorced in 1898. They had no children. In 1908, she married Albert O. Brown, a Wall Street broker. She later separated form her husband. I don't believe she ever had children.

The actor William Hopper (Perry Mason show) was the only child of DeWolf Hopper and actress Hedda Hopper (DeWolf's 5th wife).
