The listing, Perm Rods has ended.

Standard long grey concave perm rods. I have no use for them anymore since I don't attend cosmetology school anymore. They're in great shape - they've never been exposed to actual perm solution - so they're elastic band is strong. (I only used them on my mannequin with water as a mock perm solution) There are a lot of them - I am not sure exactly how many- but they fill a gallon ziplock as you can see.
