It is printed on the tin.

As I recall, the tins were replaced by plastic in the late 80s or early 90s. This would be from that time, although there is no date on it anywhere that I can find.

There is no rust. It is not a scratch on the smile. There was a spot but I was able to clean it off. There are a couple very small scratches on the side.
