These need full sun to part shade and they are perennial so you have them year after year. When they are not blooming you still have a lovely green plant. Plant about 3/4" deep and be patient these may take 1-2 months to germinate but well worth the wait. The seeds need well drained soil but must stay moist until germination. 6 seeds

I am in 8b and mine do fine. They don't die back in the winter here. It's just a nice green Lilly. Mine don't bloom in the winter but it's nice to have something greenl
