This is a harness vest made of polar fleece. It is a brown autumn plaid. I made a batch of these for my chi boys and made a few extra to give away. They are double layerd with top stitching along the edge. They have a grossgrain ribbon down the center with a D-ring to attach a leash.It has velcro along the neck and along the chest. Iggy in the picture is about 9 lbs. and it is fitted on him. So I'd say it would fit a dog about 7-9 lbs.
It is Machine washable. I'll be listing a few more, including the camo style vest Iggy is wearing.
I forgot to mention!!! I added hook and eye closures on either side of the velcro for better security from slipping off.
