Is this for picking up a wireless signal? does it work off usb to the computer or do you have to use an ether net cable.
(so what i am asking is: can i put this in my window at my hotel and use a usb cable to plug it in to my computer and pick up my hotels wireless signal?)

To answer some questions.

1. It should have a installation CD but if it doesn't you can get it from the belkin website.
2. It's for sending and transmitting wireless signals, it wont help you pick up any. If you hook this up to high speed internet it will transmit the broadband for you.
3.For this router (Which I have 2) is a pretty good deal. Only a food would pass this one up, this is a high quality router. Belkin in my Opinion is way better than Linksys i.e.
