It's a wrap style v neck with ruffles. It is not a deep v neck.

Oh and also, does the dress have any stretch to it or not really?

And can you give us the measurements of the bust and the waist area? If you can just measure straight across while it's laying flat, like from armpit to armpit in the front, and I guess the same way further down for the waist area?

The dress does not have very much stretch. It is made from 100% polyester.
