This is an auction for a handmade, crocheted item. You will recieve 2 bracelets, one for you and one for your child. I will also include a poem, I did not write the poem, but I used this for my son's first days of school. You each get a matching crocheted bracelet to wear, not just for the first day of school but maybe their first sleepover, first day of scouts, the uses are endless. You both wear your bracelets and your child is reminded as they look at the bracelet that you are with them throughout the day. And maybe mom might need this just as much, knowing your child has something to remember you by as they take their first steps to independence on the first day of school.

If you can please give the measurements of your wrists after winning. If not, I will send the "average" size for adults and children. This is a double wrap bracelet, made of acrylic yarn and a button/loop fastener. You can send me your preference of color as well and I will do my best to match. Also let me know if this is for a boy or girl.

It's the little things that make our children feel safe and secure. I know my 4 year old was so excited that him and mommy had matching bracelets for the first day of school.
