Blue water repellent nylon on out side, black nylon "fleece" on the inside. Features a pocket with 2 snaps for baggies, a hood that can snap back, full velcro tummy closure, and a nice button hole for the leash to go through. I cut another small hole in the collar seam cuz the button hole was in the wrong place.Freshly washed. You can see from the yard stick that the back measurement is 10 to 11 inches. My dog wore this when he weighed about 12 pounds, and it was a tight fit, but he is deep chested.
