They look pretty even when dry in my opinion, but when wet their colors can be seen even better. ♡

Sure! :) I bought it at a Children's Teaching Supply Store. The man who worked there said they look pretty in water fountains. My mom had a fountain, so my son & I picked 3 we thought she'd like. Unfortunately, she told us her fountain didn't need these.
