I believe it's some type of black cord, as I've said, I never opened it completely, so I'm not entirely sure. I'll double check in the morning.

Is the pendant is silver tone? or silver 925?

I wish I could say for sure. I've been trying not to open it or tamper with the packaging too much in case someone wants to give it as a gift. I did my best to try and investigate this and disturb the packaging as little as possible. I can't find a stamp or marking on it from what I could look at but i wasn't able to really peek at the pendant.

@blckmystry3 I'm so sorry, I forgot to check on the cord for you. Since I ended up checking it out a bit more for petegaz just now, I checked on your question too. It's black cord w/a 3in extender piece that's metal (silver or silvertone, if you see the above message I just made, I wasn't able to tell for sure which). Hope that helps.

They're actually on the same card as the pendant, but they're just small studs and didn't photograph well.
