This heart pendant is REAL 10K gold and REAL diamonds. I had them tested today because I wasn't sure they put REAL diamonds in 10K, but they do!

I did not have it appraised but the jeweler estimated that it measure 1/3 total carat weight. It measure about .10 grams in weight.
